In this era of an increasing sense of global citizenry, issues of international implication are no longer the sole responsibility or interest of one government or people. While individual governments examine how best to leverage Web 2.0 tools to be open in/for their own countries, how can governments with shared goals present information and collaborative approaches online?
The primary focus of this track is Government to Government collaboration with the help of others in the community. Speakers may wish to consider the following questions:
